Fit for winter

In order to be ready for the winter season and your next fun days on the ski slopes or cross-country trails, we recommend our annual "fit for winter" course. The varied training programme with exercises for strength, endurance and flexibility is aimed at people of all ages who actively want to get ready for the winter season and protect themselves against injury.

Every Thursday from September to December from 07.30 pm to 09.00 pm in the Tobelmühle gym in Davos Platz.

Fitness 60plus

Fit and healthy 60+

Getting fit for winter together! This course is aimed at people aged 60 and more who want to do something for their health and fitness. The programme includes a short fitness test, tips for at home, exercises for strength, endurance, coordination and flexibility, as well as memory training, fall prevention and relaxation.

Every Thursday from November to March from 05.00 pm to 06.15 pm in the Tobelmühle gym in Davos Platz.
